BFAD was asked to convert two floors of an existing office building on Denver's 16th Street Mall into residential units. Our team took advantage of the building’s height to create units with a mezzanine level, increasing net leasable space. The existing curtain wall was also converted into an operable window system, allowing each unit to open its exterior wall and create a one-of-a-kind experience found nowhere else in the city.
