This addition to the historic Ochiltree Block, a Denver landmark (constructed in 1892) features 32 new units and amenity spaces. The existing building was updated to include a ground-floor retail space below the units. The design intent is to accentuate and complement the historic structure and highlight its late-19th-century detailing.
