Bryant Flink completed the renovation and adaptive reuse design development for a 135,000 square-foot, 1980’s era office and data center in Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood. The team collaborated with Seattle-based developer Schnitzer West and Haselden Construction to turn the five-story building into a modernized Class-A office building.
