The Ridgegate Senior Affordable Housing project was awarded CHFA funding in Q4 2022. This project will provide housing for low-income seniors in the southern Denver metro area. The project will feature a complete amenity package for residents, including a community room with prairie views, a fitness room, and a rooftop deck.

• Phase 1 totaling 101 Units – (2024)
• Phase 2 totaling 64 units – (2027)
• This project is currently in for permitting, with construction to start Q1 2024
