Bryant Flink was engaged to develop a concept for a workforce housing project which would anchor Denver’s newest light rail stop at Ridgegate Parkway Station. Developed closely with the client, this concept design received a highly competitive Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (“CHFA”) financing award for the project.
