This multifamily, two-phase wrap is currently planned to reclaim 4 acres of blighted asphalt in the Northwest corner of the Southwest Plaza shopping mall. This design takes advantage of the beautiful mountain views and great solar access to the outdoor pool deck and amenity wing. When complete, this site will add nearly .75 acres of water quality through the various landscaped zones, providing relief from the heat island effect and excessive stormwater runoff.
