The Forté Senior Affordable Housing project was awarded CHFA funding in Q4 2022. This project will provide housing for low-income seniors in the southern Denver metro area. The multi-family residence will feature a full amenity package, including a community room with prairie views, a fitness room, and a rooftop deck.
