Developer Koelbel & Co engaged Bryant Flink to provide test fit and conceptual design services for a new affordable multi-family housing project. Much like our work with Koelbel on Forte at RidgeGate, our team’s design goal for this project is to shift the affordable housing paradigm from stark, minimalist spaces toward a more hospitable feel with quality furnishings and thoughtfully detailed elevations and interiors.
