The Ross Family asked Bryant Flink to create a French Colonial-inspired design for their Washington Park home. The client wants their home to reflect the historic charm that was once prevalent in this Denver neighborhood. Our design includes quaint dormers, cat's-tail eaves, and elegant window shutters. With many highly contemporary homes springing up around the park, this design evokes the feeling of an original estate, achieving the timeless quality our clients sought. Although this level of quality is difficult to achieve in today’s market, our team is committed to getting it right.
