This project is related to our work for the Littleton Town Hall Arts Center, but with a different owner. A private developer who owns a parcel of land nearby engaged Bryant Flink to provide a conceptual design for an arts annex. This facility is intended to serve as rehearsal space, an artist-in-residence program, a venue for community events, and a prop-building workshop. Our design team drew inspiration from the celebrated mid-century vernacular prevalent in the area.
