Bryant Flink partnered with Littleton’s Town Hall Arts Center to advance their 2025 Vision Plan. Our team explored an adaptive reuse concept for the historic Coleman Motor Company’s 15,000 square-foot, 1920’s-era factory. The team envisioned opening the building to outdoor spaces and the adjoining Littles Creek waterway and trail, expressing the original industrial character, and centering the design around THAC’s mission to provide the Littleton community with outstanding cultural experiences and educational offerings.
