This addition to the historic Ochiltree Block, a Denver landmark constructed in 1892, will be complete in the Spring of 20025 . The design intends to accentuate and complement the historic structure, highlighting the excellent historical detailing from the late 19th century.

• The proposed addition structure includes a 1-story concrete podium plus two wood-framed upper stories
