Desired skills and expertise:

• Strong technical understanding of design philosophy and the ability to develop strategies to incorporate into the design of landmark projects.
• Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels of employees, clients, consultants and vendors.
• Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team-focused environment.
• Ability to adopt new skills and responsibilities, identify and focus on critical tasks and contribute on all phases of project work.
• Completion of five or six year architectural degree program or Master’s in Architecture program.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience having worked in all phases of project delivery.
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of drafting, detailing, building materials, building codes, related engineering principles, sustainability strategies, construction techniques and costs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Knowledge of the Mac operating system will be beneficial.
